Represented the former CFO of a company which designed and manufactured automotive pyrotechnic devices for air bag systems.  Plaintiffs had acquired interests in the company and asserted securities fraud and common law fraud claims based on alleged deficiencies in disclosures regarding complex environmental compliance and accounting issues.  After challenging through motion practice the alleged deficiencies in the disclosures, we were able to favorably resolve this case for our client.

Represented a large international electronics company in a California Proposition 65 private attorney general case against manufacturers, distributors and retailers involved in the sale of light bulbs, alleging exposure of the public to toxic chemicals.  We were able to favorably resolve this case for our client without payment and without entry of any injunction.

Represented property owners in a complex dispute with tenants and others concerning environmental contamination of a former service station with underground fuel storage tanks by MTBEs.  We conducted extensive pretrial discovery and analysis of environmental and related state law nuisance issues, and were able to achieve a favorable resolution for our clients.
